Policies

We ask that pets have a lead, collar or carrier when they arrive.

We must carry out a tight clip if your pet is badly matted. Unfortunately, the coat cannot be kept long for welfare reasons and is cruel. We strongly believe in comfort before vanity.

Reschedules

Please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or a loss of deposit.

Cancellations/No-Shows

A full refund is accepted for cancellations 48 hours before the scheduled appointment—a 50% refund of deposit for late cancellations and none for not showing up.

Running Late

Please get in touch with me before your appointment if you are running late. Please do so after 15 minutes past your scheduled time to avoid a $10 fee.

Right to Refuse Service

Sentient paws hold the right to refuse service if requirements are not met or clients are disrespectful.
